This year we are making our entry forms even easier to use. Simply download the following entry form fill it in using Acrobat and click the 'submit by email' button to send it straight to us.
There are 34 categories available for print entries and 3 business awards in the following categories:
- SafeWork SA Improved Safety Award
- Zero Waste SA Improved Resource Efficiency Award
- Printing Industry Employee of the Year Award
The entry fee for the Printing Category Awards is $35 + GST per entry for PIAA members and $45 + GST for PIAA non members. If a piece of work is entered in multiple categories, an entry fee will be charged for each category entered.
A tax invoice will be issued upon receipt of entry form and entry.
There is no entry fee to enter the Business Category Awards.

BUSINESS CATEGORIES
SafeWork SA Improved Safety Award
The Awards will recognise print businesses which demonstrate excellence in developing and implementing a solution to an identified workplace health and safety issue during the past 12 months. Entries for this award may include a product solution, design/engineering innovation, a training program, awareness-raising activity or other risk control measure that reduces the risk of work-related injury and disease.

Zero Waste SA Improved Resource Efficiency Award
The Awards will recognise print businesses which demonstrate the most improvement in resource use efficiency during the past 12 months. For example, a reduction in energy or water use, or reduction in waste to landfill, as a percentage of production output.

Printing Industry Employee of the Year Award
The Awards will recognise individual employees who have made an outstanding personal contribution to a business during the past 12 months. For example, a significant improvement in productivity, service, sustainability, profitability, safety or morale that is directly attributable to the extra-ordinary efforts of an employee.
